Its true that more than one caste belongs to one races....

many inter-mixing is dere...

bt its also true that one caste is 4m one particular race... may be sm inter-mixing... bt since long long ago.... INDIAN society practices ENDOGAMY marital relation...

so during d long genetic journey... inter-mixed hav less effect ( +/-)(watever its )..

abt inter-mixing..

let us think there r two genes A and B..

Now, there may be 4 possibility

1-> A quality better, B worse
2-> A quality worse, B better
3-> A and B both better
4->A and B both worse

so in dis way, 3rd is best. here its d concept of EUGENICS, (selective breeding for enhancing human genes )

now... we don know abt d genes in detail of any particular caste... may be compatible or incompatible,bcos we don hav genetic data of all d caste...

bt widin caste, atleast we won suffer from any risk, so better marry sud be done in same caste... otherwise there may be genetic problem, i mean probability increases, ya... we sud just follow.SAME CASTE, DIFFERENT GOTRA, TAKE CARE ABT 7 FATHER GEN, 5 MOTHER GENERATION, ASTROLOGY, all other th. u decide urself.... dese th in traditional knowledge perspective.

in western country,dere's CASTE/CREED/SECT/RELIGION/RACE/REGION/LANGUAGE issue.
we had just caste issue... no sect/creed/race/language (its partially , there were few insouth indian in 60's bt now its not effective ), religion is later added bcos of IMPERIALISTIC RELIGION HARASSMENT...

so... let caste remain.dere sud be sm internal social identity as well as marry(most imp.) and specific sustom/rituals/dogma r concerned...

HINDUISM is main social identity widin country or outside country,n i hav proud over it..

watever caste is.... all r our brethren...../ family member.. we all sud co-operate ....we all sud respect /love/care each other... dats all...
